Private Detective Costs in Düsseldorf and Germany

Despite employing specialist personnel, we try to maintain a fair price level so that the use of detectives, while unfortunately not affordable for everyone, is at least accessible to broad sections of the population. In setting our fees, we voluntarily and without membership commitment follow the Code of Honour of the Bund Internationaler Detektive and position ourselves at the lower end of the recommended price range.

Please note: We can only specify the exact hourly rate applicable to your case after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect 84 euros. It is important to us to follow a transparent fee structure.

• Flat rate per kilometre travelled: €1,30 gross/net

Our Pricing Model

No flat-rate billing of expenses – billing only for actual and necessary costs.

 

No postage or telephone charges – these are included in the hourly rate and are not billed separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective equipment – this is likewise included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment such as the use of a disguised surveillance van will, if required, be billed separately.

 

No special surcharges for weekend or night operations – one fixed hourly rate, seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are available on request and only when the workload can be clearly foreseen. For certain commercial assignments such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate arrangement is of course sensible.

 

When concluding a contract and providing a cost-covering deposit, you may, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on interest-free instalment payments for settling the remaining invoice amount. Naturally without additional fees.

Private Investigator Costs Are Reimbursable

In legally relevant cases submitted to the courts, it is often possible to have the detective costs reimbursed by the party responsible for the problem, usually the target person. This once again shows how important it is to investigate in a legally sound and court-admissible manner. You should, without fail, consult your lawyer in this regard.
